1. Bookings & sessions

Sessions for Red Light Therapy, Premium Tanning and Meditation & Life Coaching are booked in advance, in studio, by phone, or by email. Please arrive on time — late arrival may reduce your session length.

2. Membership & credits

Drop-In, Studio Member and Founders Circle plans are described on our Membership page. Memberships renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled with no long-term lock-in; speak to the team in studio or by phone. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise at signup.

3. Age requirement

All services are for adults aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.

4. Health & safety

Before your first session you must complete our Registration & Health Declaration. Certain conditions and medications may mean a service isn’t suitable for you, or that we need to adapt your session — our team will advise you. It’s your responsibility to keep us updated if your health circumstances change.

5. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the session or have a credit deducted.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering every service, but nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
